Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chemist/ Bio-Chemist, Health Safety and Environment, Quality

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and provide technical support to all mechanical utilities, troubleshoot repair and maintenance
∎ To check all analytical report of RM/PM and bulk products as per SOP's
∎ Ensure quality of finished products and disburse only when they meet the standard.
∎ Prepare reagent and check its strength for analytical works.
∎ Prepare report on refused product as per policy.
∎ Check and prepare analytical report of retention sample on regular basis
∎ Establish company's quality procedure standard, update test procedure, and specification.
∎ Monitor both local & export quality control activities accordingly
∎ Check and ensure online QC report, monitoring pest control activities and healthy sanitation & hygiene condition everywhere.
∎ Acquire knowledge of cleaning agent and its application
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and take corrective action on the line.
∎ Monitor performance based on relevant data and produce statistical report.
∎ Calibration and maintenance of QC instruments and other apparatus.
∎ Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Participate in emergency response exercise as directed by higher authority.
