1. Position Background
As the Company continues to expand its product portfolio, improve manufacturing processes, and prepare for future production growth, MGL needs to establish a standardized, scalable, and continuously improving manufacturing system.
The Research & Design Department is responsible for product development and the preparation of the Product Manufacturing Specification. This document is the Company's core technical document and one of its highest-level confidential technical assets.
The Production Department organizes manufacturing based on the approved Product Manufacturing Specification.
The Quality Department performs inspections according to established quality standards.
To ensure consistency between product design, manufacturing execution, quality control, and continuous improvement, MGL establishes the position of Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Assistant to Factory Manager).
Working directly under the Factory Manager, this position is responsible for transforming the Product
Manufacturing Specification into standardized manufacturing documents, quality standards, operating standards, and management systems, ultimately establishing a complete manufacturing system and supporting the implementation of the Company's Quality Management System.
2. Position Purpose
The Manufacturing Systems Engineer reports directly to the Factory Manager.
As an important partner to the Factory Manager, this position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company's manufacturing system.
The Factory Manager focuses on production operations, delivery, manpower, productivity, and daily factory management.
The Manufacturing Systems Engineer focuses on standardization, manufacturing system development,
documentation, quality standards, process optimization, and organizational knowledge.
Together, they continuously strengthen the Company's manufacturing capability.
3. Mission
Based on the Product Manufacturing Specification issued by the Research & Design Department, establish a unified manufacturing system.
Transform product technical standards into manufacturing standards, quality standards, operating standards, and training standards.
Continuously improve manufacturing capability, quality capability, and organizational capability.
Build a standardized foundation that supports product replication, quality replication, talent development, and long-term organizational growth.
4. Key Responsibilities
4.1 Manufacturing System Documentation
Based on the Product Manufacturing Specification and actual production practices, establish
manufacturing system documents.
Priority work instructions include:
Sewing Machine Operation Work Instruction
Hand-Tied Work Instruction
Hair Curling Work Instruction
Hair Coloring & Bleaching Work Instruction
Outsourced Process Work Instruction (to be developed as outsourcing activities expand)
These documents standardize critical manufacturing processes and support consistent production.
4.2 Quality Standard Development
Develop quality inspection standards for each production process, including:
Cutting Process Quality Inspection Standard
Hair Sorting Process Quality Inspection Standard
Hair Curling Process Quality Inspection Standard
Sewing Process Quality Inspection Standard
Lace Sewing Process Quality Inspection Standard
Hand-Tied Process Quality Inspection Standard
Hair Combing Process Quality Inspection Standard
Hair Coloring & Bleaching Quality Inspection Standard
Hairstyling Quality Inspection Standard
Finished Product Quality Inspection Standard
Packaging Quality Inspection Standard
Establish a complete in-process quality control system throughout the manufacturing process.
4.3 Quality Record System Development
Develop and maintain quality records including:

Packaging Inspection Records
Non-Conforming Product Records
Rework & Repair Records
Quality Abnormality Analysis Reports
Continuous Improvement Records
Ensure full product traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
4.4 Training System Development
Develop training materials based on process work instructions and quality inspection standards.
Organize and conduct standard training.
Promote standardized execution across production teams.
Continuously improve employee competency.
4.5 Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the factory.
Collect and document best practices.
Optimize manufacturing standards.
Improve production processes.
Maintain updated manufacturing documentation.
5. Working Approach
Work primarily on the production floor.
Collaborate closely with the Factory Manager, Production Supervisors, Line Leaders, Technicians, and Quality personnel.
Continuously:
Observe production activities;
Analyze manufacturing practices;
Verify operating standards;
Improve documentation;
Optimize processes.
Ensure that every manufacturing standard is developed from actual production practices and serves practical factory operations.
7. Development Roadmap
Phase I (0–6 Months)
Complete key process work instructions.
Complete major process quality inspection standards.
Complete major in-process inspection records.
Establish Version 1 of the Manufacturing System documentation.
Phase II (6–12 Months)
Complete quality inspection standards for all production processes.
Complete the quality record system.

Fully implement the Company's Quality Management System.
Ensure stable operation of the manufacturing system.
