1. Position Purpose
The Project & Knowledge Management Officer supports the Office of MD & Strategic Affairs in strengthening organizational capability through information organization, knowledge management, project coordination, and execution follow-up.
The role is responsible for transforming information, experiences, and project learnings into organizational knowledge, management tools, dashboards, and actionable plans to support long-term industrial development and future platform growth.

3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Information Organization & Management
Organize, classify, maintain, and update industrial development information, government policy and regulatory information, project and partnership information, manufacturing and operational information, market and industry information, and business-related information.
Establish and maintain databases, information repositories, project archives, management dashboards, and knowledge repositories. Transform fragmented information into management reports, project documentation, management tools, and organizational knowledge assets.
3.2 Knowledge Management & Documentation
Prepare meeting minutes, bilingual reports and presentations, project documentation and filing, knowledge repositories, Al-assisted knowledge management systems, project review documentation, and management policies/documentation.
Transform project experiences into SOPs, methodologies, management tools, and reusable organizational knowledge.
3.3 Project Coordination & Follow-up
Support the Managing Director and the Director of Industry Development & Strategic Affairs in strategic projects, industrial development projects, government and compliance matters, new company and new project development, cross-functional initiatives, and management improvement projects.
Responsible for action tracking, timeline management, project status updates, project documentation, and project reporting.
3.4 Dashboard & Management Reporting
Develop and maintain project dashboards, business dashboards, management dashboards, weekly reports, monthly reports, and executive reports.
3.5 Manufacturing Information & Knowledge Management
Support the organization and accumulation of product knowledge, production process knowledge, quality cases and lessons learned, training materials, SOPs, technical know-how, manufacturing databases, project reviews, and R&D/process improvement experience.
