Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience working with NEXT Buyer.
∎ Developing new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication.
∎ Overall orders follow up and manage team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal.
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates Constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure to maintain buyer's date line for both samples & production
∎ Must have the ability to manage all team to be on time for sample & production
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of, products, fabrics, accessories, trims, etc.
∎ Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer's requirement.
∎ Garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer.
∎ Price confirms and order placing.
∎ Coordination and follow up with QC department, commercial department, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment.
∎ Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level.
∎ To attend customer meeting locally or in abroad and ensure orders.
