Must be fluent and confident in English speaking & communication.
Must be comfortable using modern technology and software tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop samples as per buyer specs & quality standards.
Source fabrics, trims & accessories ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with design & PD teams for technical details.
Maintain all merchandising files, ERP updates & approvals.
Communicate regularly with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
