∎ Minimum of 7 years in garment merchandising, preferably in sweater production within a buying house or garment factory setting.
∎ Strong knowledge in garment production and sourcing
∎ Proficiency in budgeting, costing, and T&A planning
∎ Experience with fabric and accessory sourcing from local and international suppliers
∎ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange all types of fabrics, yarns and accessories required for production from local and foreign sources.
∎ Have a sound knowledge of product consumption, costing, and pricing procedures.
∎ Manage and ensure accurate budgeting, fabric booking sheets, and BOM sheets.
∎ Maintain and execute Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality control (QA), and other relevant teams to maintain high-quality standards.
∎ Oversee sample development and approval processes in coordination with buyers.
∎ Serve as the liaison between buyers, garment factories, and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving up until shipment.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for experienced Merchandisers with a focus on Sweater production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment merchandising, particularly within the sweater sector, and be capable of managing the entire production cycle, from fabric procurement to final shipment.
