Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
NQS Sourcing Ltd. is looking for two highly experienced and proactive Sweater Merchandisers to handle the full cycle of product development to shipment. Candidates must have strong expertise in sweater merchandising, costing, and communication to coordinate efficiently with buyers, suppliers, and factory operations.
Work Location:
Office: House #1161, Road #10, Avenue #12, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka-1216
Factory: 125, Nawjor, Dune Tower, Kodda Bazar, Tangail Road, Gazipur, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
Source yarns, fabrics, trims, and accessories locally and internationally
Perform accurate consumption calculations, costing, and pricing
Prepare BOM sheets, budgeting, and manage fabric/trims booking
Develop and maintain effective Time & Action (T&A) plans
Coordinate with production, QA, and related departments to ensure quality
Manage sample development and ensure timely buyer approvals
Maintain smooth communication with buyers, factories, and internal teams
Oversee shipment readiness and ensure on-time delivery & documentation
