Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and follow up with buyers on order confirmation.
∎ Knowledge about Export shipment status, bank documents, payment & commercial documents.
∎ Order follow-up till ultimate customer feedback.
∎ Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Monitor and progress each critical stage throughout the order tracking process.
∎ Independently deal with offshore vendors.
∎ Identify and source new supplier, visit the new supplier's facilities & new products and hold induction workshop.
∎ Oversee the performance of subordinate to meet the company's standard and establish a good working relationship with the subordinates.

∎ Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in Buying Office or trading environment
Salary: Negotiable
