• Diploma in Medical Technology

Diploma in Medical Technology (Dentistry) from recognized IHT.

• 3 to 5 years

• Helping national and international Dentists during camps.Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.      
• Maintain hygiene & cleanliness of dental unit and equipment as per infection control protocol.     
• Segregate waste and dispose in proper manner.      
• Participation in BCC, Counseling & Health education.      
• Appropriately follow safeguarding policy and code of conduct of the organization·      
• Any work assigned by line manager.  

Skill and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills and desire to learn.      
• Flexible, highly committed & motivated to work in remote locations, specially in riverine areas.      
• Strong interpersonal skills.   
• Sound knowledge on computer operation, specially MS Office with good typing skill.  

Responsible For:

• OP consultation and treatment of the patients.      
• Assist in OT·      
• Pre & Post operative management.     
• Autoclaving/sterilizing.   
• Stock management.     
• Reporting 

Activities:      

• Meet and greet each and every patient.  
• Responsible for dental patient’s screening, management & treatment during regular hospital service.    
• Perform dental procedures as per guidelines.    
• Referring to the emergency complicated cases to dental unit of medical college hospital with appropriate protocol.     
• Register patients in patients’ register and entry diagnosis, history and treatment in the software.     
• Dental patient selection & listing in computer for dental camp.     
• Responsible for preparing BCC action plan, estimated budget in consultation with Programme Manager Health during dental camp.    
• Responsible for sterilization of dental instruments regularly and maintaining register.     
• Responsible for stock management of dental unit and updating the register as daily basis.      
• Responsible for preparing daily and monthly report.      
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly requisition which are needed in dental unit.     
• Maintain daily departmental quality checklist and preserve it.
