∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Age Maximum 40 Years.·
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, schedule, and control entire production process including delivery of rice mill to meet production target.
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to arrange raw materials, manpower, and other necessary requirement to run uninterrupted production operation.
∎ Maintain the quality measures of raw paddy and finished rice and take prompt corrective action in case of any production malfunction.
∎ Maintain WHS policy during the production and meet compliance with standard ratio.
∎ Adhere to ensure optimum utilization of resources, such as manpower, machine capacity, materials, etc.
∎ Maintain all necessary records in ERP to keep track of the entire production process.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
