Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Applicant from BSc and Diploma in Engineering will get preference.
∎ Applicant must have experience in woven-bottom garments will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Maintenance , Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Maintenance , Mechanical, Woven bottom
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trouble shooting the computerized auto-machineries.
∎ Layout the machineries.
∎ Maintaining all the equipment/machineries of the factory in proper working condition by providing support to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Optimizing equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ Keeping Maintenance record regularly.
∎ Providing training to subordinates.
∎ Planning & executing preventive maintenance as per schedule.
∎ Ensuring availability of spare parts for machine breakdown and maintenance issues.
∎ Identifying & implementing various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Providing utility & maintenance related required support to the production.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on APW, eyelet hole, bartack machine of JUKI, ZOJE, KANSAI and other brand machinery.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on smooth operation of electronics types of machinery and maintenance.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Must be hard Working.
∎ Must have vast knowledge in mechanical/maintanance activities of Woven bottom garments.
∎ Must be good in English both Reading and Writing.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / near Uttara will get high preference.
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately.
∎ Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in mechanical/maintenance activities of woven-bottom garments need not to apply.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
