Job Context:
∎ To work closely with the management for Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation, Reporting, to ensuring the better MEAL management services and overall reporting and documentation services of the WASH projects in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular data collection on camp based WASH activities for ensuring the quality and quantity of field activities,
∎ Analyze the data collected from field and report timely,
∎ Conduct and facilitate any assessment through applying different assessment tools like; FGD, KII, survey, etc. and report accordingly,
∎ Find out the significant success story from individual or group or institutions and develop success story report,
∎ Prepare plan and achievement based monthly field monitoring report and analyze,
∎ Keep the Project Management Team update with the necessary information in daily basis,
∎ Keep in update every activities on hygiene promotion, community mobilization, Water and sanitation related technical issues with implementation modalities,
∎ Keep in touch every activities & plan of camp level activities with participate in view of participatory monitoring aspect,
∎ Assist to prepare results-based work plan and progress report,
∎ Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions, national and international agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders and other relevant implementing partners of the project at camp level,
∎ Ensure proper utilization of monitoring tools for implementation of project interventions with quality,
∎ Experience in gathering, managing and analyzing data and analyze data with advance Excel platform as visualization dashboard,
∎ Assist to conduct capacity-building events for project staff, partners and community volunteers,
∎ Good knowledge of information presentation techniques,
∎ Capture success and best practice data from field along with preparing documentation,
∎ Develop event based and periodical reports,
∎ Participate and facilitate different meeting, awareness session, training, workshops and report accordingly,
∎ Assist to develop communication materials,
∎ For the betterment of project, any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor should be carried accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience working with Monitoring, and Documentation related activity
∎ Experience on developing quantitative and qualitative reports.
∎ Proficiency in using advanced Excel or other statistical analysis software
∎ Experience data collection and analysis
∎ Experience to work in refugee camps
∎ Have knowledge and skills of project implementation
∎ Good report writing skills
∎ Excellent computer skills
∎ Ability to work in different target groups
∎ Able to communicate in local language (Cox’s Bazar, Burmees)
∎ Gender disability sensitive approaches
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English
∎ Positive attitude as development worker and team worker
∎ Willingness to work in Refugee Camps
∎ Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.
Salary: Tk. 63000 (Monthly)
