• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of European market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency on English is a must.
• Proficient in data analytics, presentation and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sales, especially in Europe market.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in towel market.

• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and market influencers.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Prepare regular reports on market trends, update strategy & hit the budgeted target.

• Lead and mentor the merchandising team to achieve operational and strategic goals.

• Ensure all processes comply with international standards and customer requirements.
