  • Experience: A minimum of 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and New Buyer onboard roles within a high-volume, 100% export-oriented RMG environment is essential. Proven experience as a business development, new buyer/customer onboarding & marketing Manager level is required.

  • Attributes: A results-oriented leader with a strong network within the international apparel Retail / fashion community.

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of international trade practices, buyer compliance requirements, raw material sourcing, and apparel production cycles (woven, knit & sweater). In-depth knowledge of fabric composition (textile science) and sophisticated garment costing methods is mandatory.

  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview: The Manager – Business development & Marketing will serve as a pivotal link between the organization and its international retail / fashion buyers/customers. This managerial role demands extensive experience in international apparel marketing, onboarding new buyers/retail customers & business development. The successful candidate will drive strategy for securing new Retails Customers/buyer with sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Marketing: Identify, target, and acquire new international clients and brands for woven, knit & Sweater garments. Develop strategic marketing plans to penetrate new markets, brands and expand the existing customer base. Should have proper marketing skills to on-board new brands when there is an opportunity.

  • Onboarding new apparel retail customers, brands, and buyers

  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international buyers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor global apparel market trends, competitor activities, and buyer requirements to proactively adjust business strategies.

  • Any other Task assigned by the management

  • Coordinate with product development, design departments.
