Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead all business and operational aspects of our fast growing Bangladesh business.
∎ To thrive as a Managing Director you must be a prudent manager and an inspiring leader. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will be able to see the "big picture" in a variety of settings.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
∎ Developing relationships with regional offices of apparel retail accreditations and customer relationships in a professional and responsible manner to maximize customer satisfaction and drive growth
∎ Strong communication, coaching, consultation, and negotiation skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders as well as being able to connect with people at different levels.
∎ Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budgets, so as to monitor progress and present operational metrics both internally and externally
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
∎ Ensure Manufacturing facilities maintain world class standards and drive continuous improvements
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines ,social complaint requirements and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicable for both Bangladeshi and Non-Bangladeshi Nationality.
∎ Any experience in leading a manufacturing organization would be an added advantage.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
∎ Analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
