Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Production-based on the system provided by company for a time limit and continuing the same with available resources such as raw material, machineries and manpower in the facility.
∎ Producing both plastic accessories, extrusion products in the same plant side by side.
∎ Planning Budget for quarterly, half-yearly and yearly as per sales forecast and demand.
∎ Plant layout work for new machine setup.
∎ Installation and run of new machine in the plant.
∎ Monitoring parameter of machine for improving production as per target.
∎ Monitoring consumption of raw material and reduction wastage to minimum for saving casting.
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
∎ Creating a time-bound production schedule and making sure that the manufacturing is on time and standardized.
∎ Enhancing the production of goods and thereby increase the sales and profit margins of the organization.
∎ Overseeing the repair and maintenance of all the production equipment and ensuring them as hazard free.
∎ Coordinating with the other departments and ensure that the production does not get held up or malfunction due to any reason.
∎ Evaluating the performance of production team and motivating them to perform better.
∎ Undertaking the training of production team members and updating the company's production facilities to maximize the output.
∎ Keeping update record of master production schedule, daily production report, raw material usages, finished and unfinished goods production records, on daily basis or as when required in a book bound register or format as recommended by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 37 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in a position of same or similar responsibilities of a reputed organization.
∎ Gentle mannered with Smart and Prompt Job Delivery.
∎ Strong Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stress.
∎ Time and Target oriented in all works.
