Job Context:
∎ A reputed export based Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a competent candidate for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (Printing) at its factory located in Gazipur.
∎ The factory is producing 80,000/- pieces ( approx.) knit printed garments in each day.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of Printing Department of the factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ He will have to ensure timely production of Garments Printing as per production planning with due consideration of quality.
∎ Detail Job Description of the position is as follows:
∎ Lead and manage the team to ensure best output of printing production
∎ Develop the monthly printing production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline
∎ Review plan on daily basis and ensure best support wherever required
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction and reduce the wastage percentage.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Ensure quality standard and chemical restriction limit for reputed buyers.
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemicals be used, color sequences & any other instructions.
∎ Inspect and examine the printed products in coordination with the quality team for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
∎ Give necessary technical solution to solve the print difficulties.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in Printing department in any reputed Knit garments factory(s) out of which 2-3 years in the advertised position.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge on all types of Knit Garments Printing
∎ Should have knowledge on modern Printing machines & technology
∎ Should have Printing Dyes & Chemical Uses related expertise
∎ Should have proven leadership & Planning skills
∎ Should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Have the capacity to maintain effective communication & coordination with related departments
∎ Should be result oriented, hardworking, sincere & ready to work under stress
