Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Employee Relations, Factory HR Administration

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearheading plant HR activities.
∎ Drive key HR processes i.e Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development etc.
∎ Oversee payroll, employee relations,
∎ Effective utilization of resources to attain the production target in time
∎ Plan efficaciously & achieve monthly absenteeism target and turnover rate ; analysis the absenteeism reason and take felicitous action for minimize absenteeism
∎ Facilitate disciplinary action and ascertain welfare activities base on company policy.
∎ Encourage employees for learning and take initiatives for staff and associates
