As a crucial member of our dynamic team, the Merchandising Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the merchandising strategy to new heights. Reporting directly to the department head, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a seamless flow of communication and delivering comprehensive bi-weekly reports to ensure effective decision-making processes.

 Job Responsibilities 

 Manager Merchandising Job Role: 

Report to the department head every three days and submit weekly reports.

•  Expertise in Knits and/or Wovens .
• Minimum 15 year’s and above experience (with 5-7 years in managerial position).
• Experience in handling mainly USA brands, with exposure in volume business is preferred.
• Textile Background must.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align merchandising strategies with business functions.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of the textile industry to inform decision-making.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and market dynamics
• .Drive the shaping of product offerings to contribute to overall organizational success and growth.
• Must be bilingual in English and Bengali.
