Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting, Checking & Saving the Test Reports of Raw Materials which comes in Factory.
∎ Testing the Chemical Composition of Raw Materials through Spectrometer and Saving the Test Report according to the Heat, Lot & Source on the Date & Month basis.
∎ Comparing & analyzing between getting & given Test Reports and Reporting accordingly.
∎ Informing & Helping to the respective persons for Unloading, Returning, Separating and Storing the Raw Materials according to the Heat, Lot & Sources depending on Sizes & Grades.
∎ Informing to the Respective Persons that which Raw Materials will be used for Production according to the Product Size & Grade.
∎ Monitoring & Controlling the TMT System at the time of Production for Producing Require Graded Product according to the Standard Parameters.
∎ Testing the Product Randomly from the Production Line for Insuring the Quality of Products through Universal Testing Machine.
∎ Informing & constraining to the Respective Persons of Production Section for any kind of Quality Issues which are depending on Production Section and so on.
∎ Giving instruction to the employees of other section who are related with product quality for ensuring best quality of products.
∎ Checking, Finding & separating the defect products from the production line.
∎ Completing the Physical Properties Test Report & Saving the Test Report according to the Size & Grade of Products on the Date & Month basis.
∎ Preparing & storing all kind of Products Sample for supplying according the requirements.
∎ Sending the products sample for Testing as per requirements of marketing peoples through Courier Services or by the help of Delivery Section.
∎ Maintaining a statement of Product Samples which are sent for Testing at various Lab or Site.
∎ Testing the Products Sample Schedule basis on BUET and If necessary then others reputed Lab.
∎ Collecting the Test Reports from site where the samples are sent & saving at Files.
∎ Cleaning, Maintaining & Calibrating the Testing Equipment's & Machines.
∎ Facing & solving the quality related Queries at anywhere and collecting sample Analyzing to find out the actual causes.
∎ Attending to the Meeting and Seminar for Presenting the Products Quality.
∎ Reporting about quality issues to the reporting line for Insuring Quality Products.

∎ Age 30 to 36 years
