Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee quality control processes for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and food safety standards.
Lead the QC team in inspections, lab testing, and quality monitoring, while managing lab equipment and records.
Develop product specifications, SOPs, and quality manuals in coordination with Production and R&D.
Conduct supplier audits, investigate customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare quality reports, lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and train staff on quality and hygiene practices.
