Experience:

• 6 to 12 years

• Master of Science (MSc)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• Minimum B.Sc. in Food Technology/Engineering/Chemistry from any reputed institution.

• 6 to 12 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Candidates having experience in rice industry will get preference

• Monitor and control the quality of incoming paddy, in-process rice, and finished products.

• Implement and supervise sampling and testing protocols for moisture content, foreign matter, broken grains, etc.

• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards.

• Oversee lab testing procedures such as chemical, physical, and microbiological tests.

• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections and audits of the production line to ensure quality adherence.

• Maintain and update QC documentation, test records, and reports.

• Handle documentation for certifications such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.

• Evaluate and approve raw material (paddy) suppliers based on quality parameters.

• Coordinate with procurement for quality assurance of incoming materials.

• Analyze root causes and suggest process improvements, and also address customer complaints related to quality and lead resolution efforts.

• Liaise with external auditors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

• Prepare quality performance reports and present them to senior management.
