∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, coordinating, and controlling the factory-side production process.
∎ Ensuring and establishing an accountable standardized quality process to assure standard quality of assuring buyers' satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring efficiency and effective production.
∎ Preparing a production schedule in line with the shipment schedule ensuring standard quality.
∎ Working out the material and manpower requirements.
∎ Working in coordination with the production supervisor and liaising with different departments such as jute mills and top management.
∎ Observing that the quality is perfect in all the work of the finishing section.
∎ Ensuring that all goods are fit and ready for export as per the instructions of the buyer.
∎ Determining where the quality inspector will work.
∎ Preparing QC Basic checkpoints.
