Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Quality Review:1.Review quality metrics and reports from the previous day.2.Plan quality control and audit activities3.Identify priority areas for inspection, root cause analysis, or improvement.
∎ Process Monitoring & Audits:1.Conduct random process checks across departments (production, service, admin, etc.).2.Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, or internal guidelines.3.Log non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
∎ Issue Resolution & CAPA:1.Respond to quality issues raised during operations.2.Lead or assist in root cause analysis (RCA).3.Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and track.
∎ Data Collection & Analysis:1.Collect data on defects, delays, customer complaints, or rework.2.Analyze using tools like Pareto charts, control charts, and cause-effect diagrams.3.Maintain dashboards or reports for internal tracking and management review.
∎ Team Coordination & Support:1.Coordinate with department heads to discuss quality-related issues.2.Support cross-functional teams on quality improvement initiatives.3.Offer guidance on best practices and problem-solving approaches.
