Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee all rice milling and mustard oil production operations, ensuring optimal throughput, yield, quality, and on-time achievement of production targets.
Ensure quality and regulatory compliance with BSTI, BFSA, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and coordinate with QA/QC to maintain consistent product standards.
Manage raw materials and maintenance, including procurement, storage, silo/infestation control, and preventive/predictive maintenance for zero unplanned downtime.
Lead and develop factory teams, ensuring proper shift scheduling, performance management, safety compliance, and adherence to DoE, Boiler Act, and Fire Service regulations.
Optimize operational costs and reporting, reducing wastage, controlling budgets and capex, and coordinating cross-functionally to support long-term process improvements.
