• Oversee all rice milling and mustard oil production operations, ensuring optimal throughput, yield, quality, and on-time achievement of production targets.

• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance with BSTI, BFSA, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and coordinate with QA/QC to maintain consistent product standards.

• Manage raw materials and maintenance, including procurement, storage, silo/infestation control, and preventive/predictive maintenance for zero unplanned downtime.

• Lead and develop factory teams, ensuring proper shift scheduling, performance management, safety compliance, and adherence to DoE, Boiler Act, and Fire Service regulations.

• Optimize operational costs and reporting, reducing wastage, controlling budgets and capex, and coordinating cross-functionally to support long-term process improvements.
