Must have 10-12 years’ experience in any Battery manufacturing company.
Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
Skill in AutoCAD /Solid works will be added advantage.
MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist management in the development of product strategy, quality designing and continuous quality improvement
- Conduct market research on product market trends, identify the promising products and world’s technologies changes of near future
- Continuously analyse the local and international market to identify the market trend, customer behaviour changes, competitors’ moves and recommend management for planning and development
- Identify and recommend changes/introduction of technologies and provide recommendations to management
- Assist management to introduce new and innovative product ideas, define specifications and make design. Assess the needs of modifications or changes to design and specifications of existing products
- Analyse the specifications and requirements of the modern integral devices (ex. BMS, ECU, UPS, MPPT) for better fitness / coupling of the battery etc.
- Develop and continuously update product profiles for ready availability to Production, QA and CSD sections.
- Evaluate and benchmark with competitors’ products and provide recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain world class laboratories for ensuring quality development and manufacturing process
- Continuously research on sourcing better quality input materials for cost effective production
- Evaluate the production process and find out how the process can be improved for better efficiency and quality
- Work closely with Production, CSD and QA sections to ensure well-coordinated efforts from all sides
- Maintain alliance with external technical experts and consultants to explore new development trends and ideas
- Evaluating the performance of R&D team members, mentor and facilitate learning and development process.
