We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive in the Quality Assurance team.
- Lead the QA/QC department and develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing of LPG cylinders flowing BDS ISO 4706/DOT 4BA and EN Standards.
- Design and Implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
- Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports.
- Inspection and quality control of metal forming, welding (SMAW, SAW, TIG & MIG), heat treatment process, surface preparation and painting.
- Inspection & Control all NDT & DT activities (X-ray, PT, UT for thickness measurement, burst test & etc.), and performing tensile, bending shear strength test of LPG Cylinder.
- Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
- Must have knowledge on Auto Cad or Solid works.
- Manpower handling, reporting & etc.
