Responsibilities & Context:
JMI Group, one of the most promising, dynamic business conglomerates in Bangladesh, covers the sectors like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, health care services, real estate, printing & packaging, home appliances, primary energy (LPG) including extended value chain of LPG sectors like LPG cylinders, auto tank etc.
JMI Cylinders Ltd. has a world class LPG cylinder manufacturing plant in Sitakundu, Chittagong with a facility to produce maximum one (01) Million pcs LPG cylinders yearly will comply all the safety measures. JCL is expecting to supply cylinders to the LPG Marketing companies at home and abroad. JCL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. JCL aims to give Bangladesh a unique position in the international energy industry.
- Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to management immediately.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
