• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics/Statistics/ Food Engineering will get preference.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of Biscuits, Spices, Cake, Rusk & Bakery Manufacturing process and Management skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills,

Job Location

• Hobirbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Job Responsibilities

• Fully interested in lean manufacturing techniques and tools of implementation.

• Production planning knowledge and machine capacity.

• Cost-saving targets understanding and ability to achieve all business goals and objectives.

• Check the over profile Temperatures zone wise, moisture damper position and main damper position and burners running condition.

• Check mixing time for better consistency to get required stack length, required dimensions, good finish, better appearance and best quality.

• Maintain dough temperature, standing time and keep the dough covered.

• Check whether the biscuits getting stacked properly or not.

• Check the packet sealing condition, print quality poly bag sealing and tape condition.

• Be alert at shift change time and allocate labour properly as per standard allotment.

• Check the packet quality sealing quality, printing quality, poly bag sealing, cb filling and taping and finally shift the cb to a correct place in the finished go down. (Every one-hour duration).

• Recipe check as per STD parameters of variety and preparatory items.

• Achieve the target production as per given standards.

• Plan any change over for packing machine.

• Adjust baking time. speed of plant as per quality demand.

• To reduce all the wastage, produce by different mechanical breakdown.

• To check all the areas are hygienically good.

• Communicate to superiors all the time whatever the problems you are facing in the section.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
