Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance during production
Inspect finished goods to identify product defects or deviations from quality standards
Perform autonomous maintenance activities with support from floor mechanics as required
Carry out CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tightening) activities regularly to ensure smooth machine operation
Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and report any irregularities to the Production Head
Ensure proper execution of CIP/SIP/COP activities before and after production runs
