Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Diploma in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution

• HSC pass candidates with highly relevant experience are also encouraged to apply

• At least 4 years

• Age At most 30 years (Preferable)

• Experience in relevant role & industry (Frozen foods and Ice-Cream) will get preference

• Having practical experience on GMP/GHP/HALAL and other food safety related certifications

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance during production

• Inspect finished goods to identify product defects or deviations from quality standards

• Perform autonomous maintenance activities with support from floor mechanics as required

• Carry out CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, and Tightening) activities regularly to ensure smooth machine operation

• Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and report any irregularities to the Production Head

• Ensure proper execution of CIP/SIP/COP activities before and after production runs
