• Diploma in Food Engineering/Technology from a reputed institution

• HSC pass candidates with highly relevant experience are also encouraged to apply

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Age At most 32 years (Preferable)

• Experience in relevant role & industry (Frozen foods and Ice-Cream) will get preference

• Having practical experience on ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/HALAL and other food safety related certifications

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities across the meat and flour lines in accordance with the production plan

• Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and machinery for each production line as per daily production planning

• Monitor daily stock level of RM/PM inventory and ensure timely requisition before production

• Collect production data periodically from production floor for batch analysis as instructed by the officers
