Experience in relevant role & industry (Frozen foods and Ice-Cream) will get preference
Having practical experience on ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/HALAL and other food safety related certifications

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities across the meat and flour lines in accordance with the production plan
Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and machinery for each production line as per daily production planning
Monitor daily stock level of RM/PM inventory and ensure timely requisition before production
Collect production data periodically from production floor for batch analysis as instructed by the officers
