Experience:
Masters in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related field is preferable.
At least 02 years of experience as QC Officer in the same industry is preferable.
Have good knowledge on compliance & able to handling audit such as: ISO, FSSC, HACCP & other standards.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office program and other relevant software applications.
Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections for printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching lines.
Monitor and record quality parameters such as GSM, COF, bond strength, seal strength, ink adhesion, colour matching, and other QC tests.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, SOPs, and QA standards.
Check raw materials (films, inks, adhesives, cylinders/plates ) before release.
Maintain QC documentation such as inspection reports, test results, deviation reports, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve quality issues in real time.
Ensure rejection analysis and implement preventive measures.
Maintain safety standards inside laboratory and production area.
