∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Timewise & accurate recording of all financial transactions in the Accounting Software.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions, maintain all necessary books of accounts.
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions; assist to prepare bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers such as petty cash vouchers, supplier payment vouchers, inter-company loan payment vouchers & non-cash vouchers.
∎ Ensure that data is posted on a daily basis, and that the financial information is processed accurately, and reliable reports are generated timely.
∎ Communicate and perform necessary tasks with banks and others business organization, support and provide necessary docs for Audit.
∎ Should have competency in computer-based accounting systems & advanced knowledge in Excel.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
