• Execute the order of Buyer - ALDI & LPP will get preference.

To plan, organize, and supervise the production operations of garment accessories such as Order, Delivery, Sample Collection, Production, quality, and on-time delivery in accordance with company standards and buyer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily production plans as per order requirements.
• Coordinate with planning, merchandising, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Supervise and guide the production team to achieve targeted output and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure machines and printing/Patch Punching equipment are operating efficiently.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards
• Must resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of production and inspection equipment.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports, efficiency analysis, and downtime records.
