Responsibilities & Context:
Accompany company vehicle to delivery destinations as instructed by the logistics department.
Ensure goods are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Explain the products or items to clients clearly at the delivery point.
Assist in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
Cross-verify delivery documents, packing lists, and order details before and after delivery.
Maintain professionalism and provide courteous customer support during deliveries.
Update the supervisor or dispatcher with delivery status and any issues encountered.
Keep delivery records, receipts, or signatures properly documented.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
