Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

• 5+ years of experience in plastic production (Injection/Blow Molding preferred).
• Experience in managing a full production unit is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic molding (Injection/Blow).
• Strong understanding of plastic raw materials and their applications.
• Skilled in machine operation, parameter setting, troubleshooting, and understanding production recipes.
• Ability to optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize wastage.
• Capability to analyze production data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of factory safety compliance and operational standards.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Experience in production planning, workforce management, and shift monitoring.
• Knowledge of cycle time calculation and raw material mixing recipes.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our plastic packaging manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of plastics production, raw materials, machine parameters, cycle time, and quality standards. The role requires someone who can ensure efficient production while maintaining quality, safety, and cost targets and achieving company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and reduced downtime.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall production processes.
• Prepare and manage production schedules; ensure proper allocation of workforce and resources.
• Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce operational costs.
• Resolve operational issues and implement effective production solutions.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, KAIZEN, TPM, TQM, and GMP practices.
• Monitor production schedules to maintain an optimal supply chain.
• Plan production based on sales and export orders to avoid overproduction and excess inventory.
• Ensure proper handling, sorting, washing, crushing, and quality control of raw materials.
• Maintain strict inventory management and control raw material and finished goods wastage.
• Oversee factory maintenance, machine condition, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage team performance and ensure continuous skill improvement of workers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production performance reports and present them to management.
