- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of drawing/design documents; ensure project execution in alignment with approved schedules; monitor project timelines; and coordinate tasks across multiple departments.
- Develop detailed engineering designs, including general layout plans, isometric drawings, and PandIDs, using professional design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and comparative statements (CS) for various machinery and materials. Provide technical support to the Supply Chain Department during procurement processes to ensure accurate specification and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist to develop and update plant operational procedures and workflows to improve efficiency and prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
- Identify operational challenges and inefficiencies, report findings to line manager, and recommend practical and effective solutions to improve operational performance and decision-making activities.
- Coordinate with HQ and plants on project and operational issues to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective communication.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide justification for requirements from plants, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and organizational needs.
