Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inventory of raw materials store by using ERP Software.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the raw materials store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure proper allocation and easy identification.
∎ Ensure goods inbound and outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the raw materials store.
∎ Make sure inventory control, proper deliveries and implement BIN card.
∎ Make sure correspondent with commercial team.
∎ To keep Accessories as per buyer/style/PO wise
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that raw materials are stored correctly and safely and organize warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Develop and maintain software-based system for materials delivery to the production floor as per plan.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedure according to the company policy.
∎ Monitor and maintain store ledger, fixed asset registers as well as software.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO and smooth operation for raw materials store.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day raw material Store function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/vested task in best possible way.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report to the management.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management time to time. Responsible for the entire activities of the raw materials store
∎ To manage the regular activities of raw materials store to check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of store for production floor.
∎ Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the raw materials store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure proper raw materials store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the raw materials store.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ To check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the raw materials store.
∎ To monitor the MRR, delivery challan and gate pass.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in Speaking and writing skill in English.
∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point & E-mail Writing.
∎ Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills.
∎ Working experience in Garments accessories manufacturing company will be given preference
