∎ Graduation in any discipline with good academic track record. BSc. In Textile Engineering is preferred.
∎ At least 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in the asked Position.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Should have proven leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (Sample) for its factory located at Mawna, Gazipur District.
∎ The factory consists of 2300 sewing machines (approx.) and producing 2.5-3.0 million knit garments in each month.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Sample Garments production related all activities of the factory effectively & efficiently.
∎ Major Jobs of the position includes:
∎ Oversee the entire sample development process from conception to final approval.
∎ Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting, and garment construction before sample delivery.
∎ Any kinds of technical, fitting & pattern issues communicate with Buyer by mail or meeting.
∎ Communicating with Merchandiser and production personnel.
∎ Coordinate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure samples meet client specifications and company standards
∎ Making a daily sample production plan. Manage sample timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Conduct fittings and adjustments as necessary to achieve desired fit and aesthetics.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sample details, including materials used, measurements, and modifications.
∎ Monitor and manage sample inventory and storage.
∎ Train and supervise sample making personnel.
∎ Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to interpret and execute design concepts into physical samples.
