∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite Garments/Textile Plant in R & D department, out of which 2-3 years in the asked position.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on sample development & bringing successful results
∎ Should have innovative/creative mind
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (R & D) for its factory office located at Gazipur (near Mawna).
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall activities of Research & Development department of the Textile Division.
∎ The ideal candidate will lead the Research & Development (R & D) team and develop new/innovative Finished Fabrics Sample to attract Buyers for providing future orders.
∎ He will also ensure development of Sample Fabrics for different Buyers as per the required colors & other specifications in a cost effective way.
