Job Context:
∎ A renowned Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager (Production Planning) at its factory office, Gazipur. The factory is having more than 100 lines & producing 3.0-3.5 million pieces (approx.) knit garments in each month.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning of the procured/received Knit Garments orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, Work Study, Supply Chain, Production and other related departments of the company. He will have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of world class standard efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate has to make production plan through using Fast React Software. So, adequate planning experience through Fast React Software is mandatory.
∎ Candidates having minimum 8 yrs. of hands on relevant experience in Production Planning (Garments, Knitting & Dyeing) in any reputed knit composite Garments factory are only encouraged to apply.

∎ Candidates who are confident enough & ready to take challenge to make optimum production planning by taking consideration of world class efficiency standard should apply.
∎ Should have hands on experience to work with Fast React Software
∎ The ideal candidate should have the capacity to make effective production planning, process development, supply chain management and train/educate related employees to get desired output.
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
