Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible to assist Executive Director for construction, setup or installation equipment, erection and commissioning related works of new Cement Plant.
∎ Assist Executive Director for production and operation issues of the factory, directs the organization to one common goal.
∎ Assess raw materials and production consumption, raw materials storing and manage raw material etc.
∎ Take initiative to minimize handling and production loss of raw materials etc.
∎ Ensures high quality products or services and maintains efficient and punctual productivity.
∎ Prepare production strategy, safety guidelines and other policies and shall put effort to minimize production cost.
∎ Monitor production, operation of the factory and submit a monthly report to Head Office.
∎ Maintaining all documents according to the standard of ISO 9001: 2015
∎ Prepare machinery maintenance schedule and implement with minimum production interruption.
∎ Stay close with quality control, electrical and mechanical department for best quality cement production and better performance of all machineries and equipment.
∎ Set performance indicator for engineering staffs of MCL factory with consult of HR & Administration Department and attend annual performance evaluation of engineers and technicians and allocate their responsibilities.
∎ Arrange employee training, resolve employee conflict, motivate employee for better productivity etc.
∎ Attend monthly meeting for smoothly operation and production of MCL Factory.
∎ Besides the above any other work to be done assigned by the Executive Director.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
