Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing & controlling production of goods, Planning of Material & Personnel, oversight of inventory, distribution of goods, Purchasing & Supplies is Central to the Job
∎ Capacity build-up of existing business including execution of project, Monitoring & supervising day to day operation through which ensure profitability of existing project
∎ Achieve key quality, health and safety for human resources as per compliance assessment, evaluation and training
∎ Researching new technology & alternative method of efficiency & redesigning operation method
∎ Human resources Task include determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of staff & planning staff development
∎ Utilization of Capital expenditure to achieved desired growth rate of organization
∎ Over all execution of new business/projects
∎ To supervise daily production status of Factory as per production plan, raw materials stock position daily basis of Factory
∎ Liaison between Factory & Commercial dept. about Raw & others materials
∎ Factory wise production planning
∎ Import & Local Purchase Planning
∎ Local Procurement Scheduling, Monitoring & Multiple vendor development for Smooth Supply Chain Management
∎ Local vendor development for newly developed product.
∎ Identifying new opportunities of business & building positive relationships with Vendors & Toll Manufacturers
∎ Suggest system development of software & production data
