∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement performance and rewards strategies to establish performance driven culture in all SBUs and thus contribute to sustainable growth of the organization.
∎ Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timeline.
∎ Liaise with other functional / departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
∎ Collaborate with HR Business Partners to complete periodical performance review.
∎ Prepare manpower justification report by collaborating all data and information
∎ Review new and existing job descriptions, performance metrics ( i.e OKRs, KPIs etc) of all management positions for goal allignment.
∎ Manage succesion planning within the group; identify talent readiness, talent gaps and retention risks.
∎ Work with team leads to successfully execute Special Projects, as assigned by HR Head
