The Factory Manager / Sr. Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory (EISL) a sister concern of ETL. This role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and within the established safety and quality standards. The Factory Manager / Sr. Manager will lead a team of engineers, team leaders and production staff to meet production targets with efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall operational strategy in alignment with the company's goals.
• To Control and look after overall factory production.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring timely and efficient production.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• To monitor and maintain compliance and quality standards of the factory and maintain close relationship with related external regulatory authority.
• Develop, implement and monitor various control systems and manage Quality Control Department.
• Manage the factory’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Manage liaison with foreign principle & supplier for factory operation.
• Monitor technical plant and machinery problems and undertake maintenance works to resolve all issues.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Develop SOPs regarding highest production.
• Ensure production process and output meet defined quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance, and human rights standards in the factory.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
