Job Context:
∎ We are a large export based Knit Composite Garments Factory. Currently looking for suitable candidate for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager (Fabric Quality). The factory is producing 25-30 tons of Knit Fabrics/day.
∎ Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position holder will be the Head of Fabric Quality Department. He will be responsible to ensure quality of all knit Fabric products in every steps of production i.e. Knitting, Dyeing, Dyeing Finishing, Printing, Embroidery, Cutting etc.
∎ The ideal candidate should be able to find out faults in all the Fabric making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the Fabrics are minimized.
∎ The candidate should have expertise to train the Fabric Quality Team members & should be able to guide them to get desired effective result.
∎ Candidates who worked in Knit Fabric Quality Control arena in the capacity of Manager/ Sr. Manager/ Head of Fabric Quality are only requested to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 10 yrs. of experience in the Fabric quality department in Knit Garment Industry, out of which 3 yrs in the advertised Position.
∎ The candidate should have thorough knowledge to ensure quality of Fabrics on every manufacturing process
∎ Should be sincere, hard working & result oriented
∎ Should have strong personality & proven leadership skills
∎ Should have good computer skills (MS Office, e-mail etc.) & reporting skills
