The Candidate should have minimum 8 yrs. of experience in the Fabric quality department in Knit Garment Industry, out of which 2 yrs. in Manager/ Sr. Manger position.
Should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of Fabrics i.e. Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing Finishing.
Should have strong personality & proven leadership skills
Should be self-motivated and result oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed export based Knit Composite Garments Factory is looking for suitable candidate for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager (Fabric Quality).
Job location for the position is Gazipur, Factory Office.
The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure quality of all knit Fabric products in every steps of production i.e. Knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing Finishing (from knitting to cutting).
He should be able to find out faults in the Fabric making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the Fabrics are minimized.
