∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Executing strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture as per corporate HR Guideline and align with HR plan.
∎ Develop and implement employee relations and compliance policies, including anti-harassment, diversity and inclusion, and code of conduct.
∎ Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and consistent resolution.
∎ Ensure the organization complies with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
∎ Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees and managers.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Design and deliver training programs on employee relations, compliance, and workplace ethics.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions.
∎ Prepare and present reports on employee relations and compliance metrics to senior management.
∎ Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
∎ Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure performance management processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives.
