Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure all the fabrics and necessary details received to start the new style well in advance to achieve the PCD.
∎ To maintain the cut plan to achieve 80% efficiency
∎ To maintain 100% accurate cut plan according to the shared plan with the merchandiser.
∎ Organizing man, machine, materials & methods effectively.
∎ Ensuring correct style, correct color & correct shading.
∎ To group correct amount of fabric receiving from the stores without effecting the work flow.
∎ Maintaining the quality levels what customer expecting throughout the process.
∎ To minimize the waste of fabric by avoiding Cutting defects & get the maximum output by using minimum labor.
∎ Maintaining at least three days WIP In the Cutting
∎ To train & motivate the staff for getting the maximum efficiency with the best quality.
∎ To maintain the cutting ratios according to the buyer's requirements
∎ To ensure maximum usage of fabric, fusing and other items.
∎ Maintaining the absenteeism and LTO below 5%.
∎ Ensure the Pilot Cut according to the BOM & Cutting Tickets & Sample
∎ Develop & improve cutting Techniques continuously.
∎ Evaluate the performance of subordinates
∎ Ensure that the agreed cut components are sent and received from the printing and embroidery plant as per the production plan
∎ Ensuring components SAH based on daily production plan.
∎ To ensure 80% efficiency at pleating section.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
