Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
Lead and implement process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Ensure alignment of SOPs with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of QMS aligned with customer standards.
Conduct internal quality audits and facilitate external customer inspections.
Ensure garment quality at every stage by aligning with QC protocols and buyer requirements.
